Lance Tullius

Lance began his career in 1994 and has nearly 30 years of financial and merger & acquisition advisory experience, having worked with and represented numerous companies throughout North America. He has completed over 200 transactions in his career, representing over $3 billion in aggregate transaction value. He has authored numerous articles for various industry trade publications and spoken publicly on such topics as strategic exit planning, preparing for and negotiating the sale of a business, transaction integration, and market/economic trends. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1993 from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California.  Beyond his professional life, he enjoys spending time with his two sons, working out, reading, and traveling.

David Shankar

 

David brings over 12 years of merger & acquisition advisory experience to LR Tullius, having helped facilitate over 100 transactions during his tenure with the firm. He began his career in finance after receiving his MBA in Finance from San Francisco State University and his Certification of Advanced Accounting Proficiency from Santa Clara University. Prior to this, he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from University of California Santa Cruz. David has previously held finance and accounting positions in healthcare and marketing fields. In 2018, David became a Charterholder with the CFA Institute, a society of financial professionals who undergo rigorous testing for access to tools and training to keep on the forefront of the financial world. David lives with his family in Portland, Oregon. When he’s not slaying spreadsheets, he’s practicing piano, staying active and keeping up with his spirited daughter.
